My journey into coaching began long before I even knew what coaching was. From a young age, I was deeply curious about people - what drives them, what holds them back, and how to help them realise their full potential. That innate desire, paired with the grounding force of growing up on the Cornish coast, has shaped everything I do.
Over the years, I’ve built a diverse and purposeful career - starting in events and hospitality, evolving into corporate marketing and training, and now leading powerful work in personal and professional development. I’ve worked with global organisations, private clients, and SMEs across more than 40 countries, helping people connect to who they are, what they stand for, and the legacy they want to leave behind.
I specialise in empowering leaders, aligning teams, and supporting organisations to recruit and retain the right people. My approach blends practical business insight with deep personal transformation. Whether I’m facilitating leadership programmes, coaching 1:1, or consulting on culture and communication, my goal is the same: to help people and organisations unlock their potential and create meaningful impact.
With qualifications in ICF-accredited life and business coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, wellness in the workplace, and a postgraduate degree in education, I bring a holistic lens to growth and leadership. I’m currently studying for an MBA in Business Psychology to deepen this work even further.
Beyond the credentials and corporate experience, I’m a firm believer in walking the talk. Meditation, wild swimming, stand-up paddling, travel, and spirituality have all played a role in shaping my own path. I know what it means to feel successful but unfulfilled and I know what it takes to bridge that gap with courage, clarity and vision.
